The issue involves an Acer Aspire 7 A715-41g laptop. Recently, I upgraded its RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB and everything functioned smoothly. Three days later, when it started up, the Acer logo remained visible for about five minutes before Windows launched normally. The following day, after a delay of 6-7 minutes, the logo appeared and Windows booted up correctly. The next day it started in under a minute. Today, after turning it off and on multiple times, the laptop restarted without any boot screen or delay. I've tried various fixes: swapping RAM slots, disconnecting the battery for 10 seconds, plugging in without power, using another display via HDMI (which showed no signal), and even removing the internal monitor. I also blew on it thinking dust might be the cause. No one has offered advice so far. I’m still confused and frustrated, unsure why it works now. Edited November 10, 2022 by Mikael V
