I paused work on this task, but I have a USB with Windows 11 ARM64 using Rufus. Should I clean the SSD or just attempt to boot from the USB?

Consider starting with a USB drive to eliminate hardware problems. If the issue persists, back up your data and perform a new installation—note that Windows ARM is not compatible with standard x86 systems.

I started the computer using only the USB drive with Rufus, but it keeps showing the splash screen. I’m planning to leave it for a while to check further. I used the Windows ARM64 ISO, and when I inserted the SSD, it immediately entered the boot loop even after formatting it on another PC. I think Rufus is handling something in the background, but I’m not sure.

I didn't really need a win on the arm PE image... Do you think these actually exist?

The installer could be uncomfortable with the ARM support.
