Hello.
I currently have a Lenovo Ideapad 110-15ISK laptop. Noticing the recent drop in SSD prices, I’ve decided to upgrade my existing HDD (around $100 for 500GB). I intend to replace the current drive with an SSD and use it for Windows. I also plan to purchase a caddy to swap in the DVD drive and store the HDD there, as I haven’t used a CD/DVD in a while and prefer more storage space.
The issue is that local stores only sell caddies up to 9.5mm in height, and the DVD drive I need is only 9mm tall. I’m unsure whether to order a 9mm caddy online or try a 9.5mm one from the nearby store, hoping it fits.

The 9.5mm caddy doesn't fit the 9mm drive bay. I've attempted it before. Place your order online.
I need to place my Lenovo 9mm DVD drive into a HP 9.5mm DVD slot. Can someone please clarify the steps and whether I should use a Caddy?
