I increased my GPU's speed by adding 135 MHz to the memory clock and 250 MHz to the core clock following Furmark's burn test. I achieved an extra 5 FPS, and the temperature remains well under 70°C. Is this safe?

It's quite challenging. You might try MSI afterburner, but the airflow and cooling may not be sufficient for your laptop, which could lead to damage.
