Hello, as mentioned in the title, one of my laptop fans makes a noise when I power on the machine. I’m unsure if it’s due to the bearing being cold or if there’s a more significant problem. When the fans start running slightly, the sound either diminishes or becomes very faint, making it hard to hear clearly—especially when they spin fast. For instance, while writing this, I couldn’t make out the strange noise I heard when I turned on my laptop. Although the device still has its warranty, I’m not sure whether to return it or keep using it for school work. It would take about two weeks for the repair team to inspect and fix it if necessary, and I don’t want to discard it just yet. Thank you for your assistance ahead of time.
