Hi, I'm dealing with a laptop (ASUS TUF Gaming A17 - A17-TUF706IHRB-HX037) running Windows 10. It occasionally freezes and the touchpad behaves oddly—sometimes it doesn’t move at all when you hover the mouse over files, making it feel like a ghost finger is there. I tried following up with MyAsus support, which suggested updating the GPU drivers or reinstalling the touchpad drivers (I forgot the driver name). Neither helped. They advised sending it back, which took about a month. Online users mention delays can be significant. There are also reports of issues after installing an NVMe SSD, with some customers receiving vague responses like “warranty void, not my problem.” Plus, shipping the laptop is risky and could cause further damage. Any advice on resolving this or diagnosing the cause would be appreciated. Thanks.

This approach seems to check if it functions, likely providing feedback.
