Recently purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 Pro and encountered a strange issue when trying to connect to my home network. A BUGCODE NDIS_DRIVER BSOD appears consistently. I've attempted various fixes including updating drivers, running Windows updates, reinstalling the network adapter, reverting drivers, and even reinstalling Windows itself. Each attempt only worsened the problem. Interestingly, connecting via my phone's hotspot on the same Wi-Fi works fine, but the laptop causes random BSODs on the sign-in screen after a restart. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to resolve this, and I’m considering returning or exchanging the device. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There was no requirement for any checks initially, especially considering the extent of what you did—it's new and designed to function flawlessly. Anything below perfection indicates a defective product.
