The game didn’t stutter much, even at lower frame rates—sometimes around 10 frames per second. That’s probably because of more background activity and events forcing the CPU to work harder. On the other hand, outside downtown, performance improved since there were fewer people and vehicles. My Intel graphics struggled a bit, usually around 70-80%, unless I played on higher settings.

The specs are maxed out at around 60-70 FPS, but the game kept stuttering like it was on fire. Even at 15 FPS, it felt playable, though not smooth.
