Typically, most laptop chips use direct die cooling, meaning the chip is cooled directly without a heat spreader. The heat spreader is usually the part that displays the model number. You can locate your CPU model by pressing Control + Shift + Escape on the keyboard, which will bring up the task manager. From there, click More details, choose the performance tab, and it should reveal the processor you have installed.

Check the motherboard's part number, which could be on a label, and search for the corresponding chip information.
