Do you have the assembly diagram for the MSI GL75 9SE? I’m trying to figure out the screw layout, sizes, and how it affects performance, since I made a mistake that’s causing issues.

Have you checked the MSI site and their support section? If Fixit isn’t showing this model, the few videos I reviewed didn’t cover it.

I've attempted to reach them before, but I couldn't connect with anyone—phone, email, or chat. Honestly, it's one of the least effective support options.

The only alternative idea I have is to bring it to a trusted tech repair service nearby or return it to the store where you bought it, since they usually offer assistance there.

The repair will cost around a hundred euros or more, and I don’t have any warranty for the online shop. It’s just a simple screw issue... I’ve noticed markings like “M2.3” for tiny screws, but this is quite complicated!

Use only small screws. Insert them at corners and middle holes on front and back. Place more near side centers. Secure base firmly. Store extra screws safely.
