You recently purchased an Asus Tuf A15 with a Ryzen 5 4600 RTX3050, 8GB DDR4, and 3200MHz. The system is mid-range but performs poorly. I've adjusted the power plan without success and it fails to run FH4, crashing every time it says it doesn't meet requirements. It only reaches 20fps on low settings compared to your older RX570's 50fps. You disabled the GPU via Device Manager, set the NVIDIA panel to max power, but performance remains bad. The CPU model matches the spec. Need advice or help? Are there any steps I should consider before buying a new laptop?
Cybershrek 2077 is a poorly built port for heat boxes (console box). I wouldn't rely on it. First, consider upgrading your RAM to 16GB if you plan to use laptops for gaming. This is important because 8GB was sufficient in 2010. Second, what is the vertical refresh rate of your monitor? Current drivers can handle most settings, but you'll need compatible configurations. Turning off the iGPU helps prevent Microsoft from choosing its own options, which is a positive step.
Which storage option is better for you? Have you turned off the Windows feature that manages memory leaks, known as PageFile?
