Hi all. I'm putting a WC setup into my new system, and the best place to mount the D5/res combo is onto a rad using an EK bracket for a 120mm fan mount. I'm using 2 rads; a 240 intaking from the front and a 120 intaking from the bottom.
These two rads are next to one another in an L shape at the front, and I plan to mount the D5 onto the bottom of the L (the 120 rad). However, this means the res and pump will be in the airflow from both rads.
As the air may get quite warm, I'm wondering if this will cause an issue with the pump's reliability? The temp limit on a D5 is for 60 deg C water, but doesn't say anything about external air temp. Any input?

It's quite particular about this query!
I chose to install the res externally on the rear exhaust area of the case, which also saves some internal space. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
