What amount of RAM do you possess, and what performance level is it operating at? Do you use an SSD or a traditional HDD?

My system has 16GB of RAM operating at 1600MHz, plus an SSD with 30.6GB free space.

It seems the 30GB is significantly low compared to the total capacity. This might indicate a nearly empty drive, possibly due to a storage issue.

That's quite old technology—no HDDs this large are common anymore.

Consider testing in a more limited offline environment. Have any lag spikes returned? Are mods present? Also, are there other programs running at reduced levels during gameplay, like multiple Chrome windows or security software?

It's feasible to create a more compact environment. You're not using a single-player mode and are already running Chrome tabs, which can help. Since you don’t have antivirus installed, consider testing with a lightweight browser extension or disabling security software temporarily for performance checks. Restarting your PC after a while might resolve lag spikes that appear only after prolonged use.
