They all seem similar. Using the keyboard makes it harder to spot the problem, but unless you're aiming for a serious overclock, you probably don't have to spend much time in the BIOS.

I don't recall the bios running slow prior to the update where I increased the resolution from 2600x to 3700x.

Maybe the issue isn't visible in the video; it seems almost identical to other BIOS versions you've used, and it runs much smoother than some (*cough* older models). It's frustrating, but the BIOS speed shouldn't impact your computer's overall performance, so it's not a major concern.
