Hey, I’m not sure what to do either... These annoying frame lag spikes keep popping up in Rocket League. They show up randomly, whether you’re using different graphics settings or tweaking the AMD Radeon software. Even with Freesync or Vsync enabled, the issue still happens. It only occurs in Rocket League, not in other games. My system specs are pretty standard: a Ryzen 7 3800XT CPU, an XFX Merc 319 GPU, 32GB RAM, and a couple of SSDs. The PSU is a decent cooler, but I’m curious what’s causing these spikes. Hope someone can help me figure it out!

Ensure Windows is current. Verify GPU drivers are updated and consider reinstalling Rocket League to resolve the issue.
