I finally decided to push my Ryzen 2600 further by overclocking it, as it runs cooler with a water cooler. After some freezes, I thought I had a stable clock and ran it through a stress test. It reached high 70s but stayed around 75-78, which seemed okay. Since then, my inputs have stuttered every second, like the monitors aren’t updating properly or something odd is happening. Videos play without issues, but games and keyboard/mouse inputs are lagging. I undid the overclock, but the stuttering persisted. Any suggestions on what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Thanks for the update. It turned out I found a fix elsewhere by removing and reinstalling my GPU drivers. Probably not related to the CPU overclock attempt that initially confused me.
