Hello! After upgrading some components, I notice my gaming performance has changed. In games like Counter Strike, I now experience lag around 0.5 seconds later than before. In newer titles such as Call Of Duty, the issue is less frequent but can still occur occasionally. My current setup includes:
Windows 10
I7 8700 3.20ghz
CORSAIR 16gb RAM 2x8 DDR4 2400MHz
NVIDIA 1660 GTX SUPER 6GB
Motherboard Gigabyte B365M H
SSD Kingston A400 SSD 240GB
HDD
Western Digital 1TB SATA 3.5
When you enhanced those components, exactly which parts were updated? Were motherboards replaced? Did you perform a fresh Windows installation and install all drivers from the support portal? If graphics cards were modified, was there a thorough driver reinstallation, especially if switching brands?
I upgraded the CPU using the I7 8700. Before that, I had an I5 3300p, and after switching the graphics card, the SSD performance improved. I performed multiple Windows clean installations and adjusted the graphics drivers occasionally, sometimes testing with newer or older versions.
