Based on the screenshot... 4x DIMMs DRAM:FSB ratio equals 19:1 for DDR5-3800 CL 40-40-40-77-1T timings. 2x DIMMs DRAM:FSB ratio is 56:3 from the same data. Comparing these... 56:3 converts to 3733 CL with 30-38-38--96-1T timings. Clearly, the timings vary significantly.
He mentions DDR5-6000 speed. The issue with four modules is achieving those rates—AM5 and the 13th gen aren’t capable of it. The speeds he provided were what worked stably with 32GB sticks. A 16GB setup would be preferable, though not much more so. I don’t believe any boards support EXPO QVL for four modules.
