I began with fraps, adjusted all controls to minimal. It runs smoothly on my laptop too. No noticeable lag or performance issues.

The issue is that FPS drops drastically from 75 to just 8 even in the menu settings. I switched all configurations to basic mode, but my laptop still struggles with this game on an MSI R9 390 with an I5-4690k, 8GB RAM and 2560x1080 resolution. Please help! Have a nice day!
