I have a Kontron DIMM-PC®/386-I and the program is broken. I looked up the solution online and found that JRC1 can update the bias data. I talked to Kontron, but they said they don’t support this module. I need help updating the bias information.

Not certain about the terms being used here – this module?
https://www.kontron.com/download/do...ds...386-ie.pdf&product=86778
"bias"? Are you referring to BIOS?
There might be a program (JRC1 or similar) that can refresh the BIOS.
It’s unclear if there is any action being taken to confirm whether the "program is broken."
Did Kontron explain why the module is unsupported? Or maybe it’s no longer supported?
You might be able to fix the issue using JRC1 or a comparable tool. I’m not sure.
There’s a possibility the update could damage the module, which requires more details. What operating system are you running? How is it being used?

Hi Ralston. Thank you for your reply.
Apologies, the BIOS is accurate.
I have a module that was already set up, and all the data from it is now incorrect. I purchased a new module and need to program it using JRC1 software. I reached out to Kontron, who informed me that this software is no longer supported. Now I must use JRC1 or something similar. Can you assist me?

I'm not sure about "no longer supported." That's different from "no longer available." Do you still have the original software in any form? Perhaps through a previous system or data backup? Otherwise, you might still be able to download it via Kontron or another source (though risky). I found this link: https://www.kontron.com/en/products/jrc1/p87255. Also, if you bought a new module, it should have included the necessary software.

Kontron company informed me:
"Their software is no longer available as it has been discontinued for a long time. However, you can look up more details and the software on archive.org. If you have any questions about other products from us, we are happy to assist. We regret not being able to help further here and wish you a great day. Best regards."

I discovered the following links:
https://archive.org/search.php?query=JRC1
And that connected me to:
https://web.archive.org/web/20220000000000*/JRC1
I also came across additional posts you created:
https://www.electro-tech-online.com/thre...-i.164305/
Searching for "how to edit jrc1 software" on Google and filtering for images returned several results.
A Part Number was identified:
Part Number 96047-. 0000-00-0
A search for this number led to potential sources for the software, including Kontron:

Consider reaching out to other companies that have used or might use Kontron products.
