Kodi appears to be a masterpiece suddenly. The Plex Server is running on the Shield, but the web portal displays all my content while Plex locally does not. Edit.
Jesus, this is incredibly complicated. I had to halt the client app on the Shield, clear the cache, and restart for it to recognize its own library. Now comes the testing phase...
