This weekend the game is on sale at 90% off. I recall it had many issues and bugs when it first launched, so I kept away from it then.

I haven't played it in a while but from what I can remember it played fine. I sucked at combat, but I don't remember any bugs. There's currently a free weekend on steam if you want to try it.

I've noticed combat is quite challenging. You need to invest a lot of time building your skill levels initially before facing actual one-on-one matches. This isn't about playing the superhero Dragonborn style—just trying it out a bit over the weekend.

Have fun playing when the fights are rough, but once things ease up it might get too simple. I've been playing since the start and after a few months or years, I haven't seen any major bugs.
