Your keychron keyboard now works well, but the fn key is missing. You're looking to enable it for functions like opening windows. Try adjusting settings or checking the device manager for key configurations.

It turns out I'm not as smart as I thought. The instructions say that if the switch next to the power outlet is on the right, it means macOS mode with layers 0 and 1 is active. If it's on the left, it's Windows mode using layers 2 and 3. When you're customizing your keyboard for Windows, make sure you're using layers 2 and 3 and in the correct mode for the switch.
