I downloaded some software from keychron and now my keyboard presses random keys and keeps holding them down or opening Microsoft apps constantly. The worst part is that none of the keys I press actually work. For my keyboard (Keyhron K6), I need to hold fn + z + j for 5 seconds to reset it, but since it won’t respond, that doesn’t help. Have I tried anything else? (Any other suggestions would be appreciated)

If that doesn't help, I think you first try uninstalling
some software
and see if that reverts the keyboard to what it was out of the box. Speaking of
out of the box,
did you check to see which OS the radio switch is set to?
Corrected it, the issue was with the wrong software (different versions used for various switches)
