I purchased this set from Redragon a year ago, which included a mouse, a mousepad, and a keyboard. I’ve been using the mouse without any issues. A week after buying it, the keyboard stopped sending half of its keys to the PC. After a year, I forgot about it, and now the keyboard doesn’t send any input at all. I’ve tried Aqua’s Key Test and the LED Test, but there’s no key response. The device manager and ND-Tech USB Adapter aren’t working either. I’ve experimented with various keyboard settings and software fixes, but I’m running out of options and need assistance.
