I've encountered a persistent issue with my keyboard setup. After testing various fixes—CHKDSK, sfc /scannow, DISM, uninstalling Roccat Swarm and drivers, rebooting, and updating settings—I still can't get the shift+4 function to work. It seems to only respond when using the correct key combination. I've tried everything from checking every other key combo to running the keyboard on another machine. The problem started after a minor hardware issue with my motherboard BIOS, which resolved itself once. I'm hoping this post might help someone else who's facing a similar challenge.
