Hello, I have the following issue. I purchased a TKL mechanical keyboard and connected it to my desktop PC without any problems. However, the next day it stopped recognizing it, and it doesn’t recognize it even after restarting. When I restart and enter BIOS, it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried connecting another keyboard, which works fine. The laptop version functions perfectly, including its BIOS, but the desktop does not. I have already performed a Windows format, tested other ports, used a different cable, reset to default BIOS settings, etc. Could you help me figure out what else I should try or do to resolve this? Thank you.

BIOS should be able to detect it then, since Windows is now showing it. Windows doesn't display errors when it can't see something on the other side. It avoids trying to connect to devices that aren't attached. I would test with a third device and check if it can see Kb over two days. This will help determine whether the issue is with the KB or the desktop.
I would attempt to boot from an Ubuntu Live USB to verify keyboard visibility -

if bios can't see it, no point reformatting windows. Windows can't see anything bios can't see.
Could try updating bios on motherboard? seems strange it worked one day and then just stopped.

I've already modified the bios, though it didn't succeed. Now I'm encountering another message in Windows.

I already attempted with ubuntu but it doesn't recognize it. In the bios, as on windows or in ubuntu, it just turns on the rgb. I tried another basic keyboard and it worked, yet it still doesn't function in the bios. Additionally, I notice that when I connect a usb 2.0, I get the error "usb device not recognized," while with a usb 3.0 it doesn't show any issue.
