Check the CPU performance with your GPU setup. You might face a bottleneck if the i5-7600 isn't keeping up with the RTX 2070. Consider upgrading to a higher-end CPU if needed.

To stay with your existing motherboard, consider a used i7-6700/7700(K) if you can locate one at a low cost. If that's not feasible, opt for AMD's Ryzen 3600, which provides excellent value with a solid B450 board—great for saving money or pairing with a decent X570 like the ASUS TUF X570-Plus. This choice also gives you more flexibility for future upgrades.

I'll check the details about updating with AMD. If you're using an Asus TUF X570 Plus, let me know!

ASUS TUF X570 Plus is an affordable board under $200 capable of supporting a 3950x16-core CPU. It works with Ryzen 2000 and 3000 series chips.

Sorry, I just can't pass by without dropping this guide here By GA H270N do you mean GA-H270N-WIFI, a mini-ITX board? If so, it should be OK with something like i5-9400F or an i7-8700 non-K. The memory will clock up to 2666 MHz, too. Otherwise, Zen 2 is a solid option.

I have the mini ITX board. I might just switch to AMD after being on the other side for a while.

Flash the BIOS only when using a B450 board, since many lack the newest BIOS to handle 3rd gen Ryzen from the start.
