I've noticed frequent kernel error 141 messages over the past weeks, leading to unpredictable crashes. Can you clarify what kind of issues you're experiencing?

Kernel 141 issues stem from GPU drivers, overheating, or rare memory problems. Start by cleaning your system and ensuring fans operate correctly. Update your GPU driver first—this is usually the main fix if you keep facing issues. Running Memtest is also recommended; I perform it on every new setup to establish a baseline for future comparisons. I conduct all available tests on fresh machines and log results for reference later.

I looked into the GPU using hwinfo and it wasn’t overheating—only reached 68°C. I attempted to run the driver, but it’s already current and I reinstalled everything yesterday. Now I’m trying memtest.

No, I'm not using a Riser cable.

I'm not using a direct 600w cable to the 12hvp on the back of the lian li edge PSU. I recently replaced it this morning, ran a test and it stayed stable without any dips or crashes. Also, I performed a memtest and it completed successfully with no problems.
