Only on Roblox occasionally my mouse freezes. This isn't my original mouse, but the new one I bought keeps causing issues. There was also a problem when launching Roblox, where all my USBs disappeared unexpectedly—really annoying.

the polling rate for the mouse is configured accordingly. Additionally, this occurs primarily when the frame rate is higher.

1000hz is what Google mentioned, and it only occurs while playing games except a few times in the Steam app. Mostly gaming, I've updated my graphics driver and other settings. It doesn't happen in every game, just occasionally in Overwatch and Roblox. Even in Rust, it doesn't occur.

This has been a recognized problem in ROBLOX. A temporary solution is available. Initially, press ALT plus F4 together, then restart the game. If this fails, keep pressing the Space Bar while holding down or clicking the space bar key. Then perform a left-click on your mouse. After that, try moving the mouse to help the cursor move and release it. Another method is enabling the 'Shift Lock Switch' in settings.

Give the fix from the person above you a try, but do you happen to have a controller connected while using your KBM to play a game?

It's not about the screen freezing in the middle. It feels like a "stutter" where the mouse moves smoothly but then suddenly stops and goes back to its original position. The same happens with my keyboard if I hold down a key—then I might just move left briefly even after releasing it. Thanks for the assistance.
