I just added ckan to my KSP folder. I review the mods I want to install and accept, and I land at 99% of the link you shared. Then it warns me I can't download Module Manager. Help needed!

Download the file directly from your device and place it in the downloads folder. Retry the request; the system may detect an existing version and utilize it instead.

Trying to download and install manually results in the same outcome. On GitHub, clicking the provided link does not load the file.

You're experiencing the same problem, where CKAN isn't downloading the Module Manager and you can't do it via the browser.
