I recently purchased and saved Kaspersky, and it continues to identify what appears to be a cryptocurrency miner after each restart. Every time it says it’s removing it, should I be concerned?

I notice several "Disinfection not possible" warnings, suggesting the malware frequently restores deleted files since its core remains intact. Consider using bootable antivirus tools that can clean without Windows active. Download and transfer these to another device to avoid spreading infection through the USB.

It seems like you're confirming there are no miners set up. Let me know how I can assist!
