I installed Kaspersky to protect my SSD from viruses. Some people warned it could significantly slow things down. After checking, it does reduce performance slightly, but whether it’s worth it depends on your needs.

I've tested it with a standard hard drive, then switched to an SSD and never experienced any slowdowns—even before making changes. Just turn off unnecessary programs and enable game mode; it seems to be set to default.
