I placed the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 AIO into my 4000d airflow on a h410m. The CPU upgrade is pending, so I purchased the cooler upgrade first. This morning I powered it on using the old heatsink, and it functioned properly. However, once I attached the AIO to the motherboard and tried to start it, nothing happened. Since the motherboard lacks a pump header (the new one will have one), I installed the header from the pump into the CPU fan header, which I was told would work.

They handled it later—it was only an issue with the case headers (fool me).
