My computer board is a b450m d3sh. It works okay most of the time, but sometimes it stops working after starting up (called POST). On very rare occasions it starts up fine, then goes back to not working right away if I restart it. Has anyone had this problem too?

Here is the complete list of everything that comes with this setup, including make and model for every single part. This helps everyone understand exactly what we have to work with.

I have a B450 motherboard, an RTX 1660 graphics card, and a Ryzen processor. I think the CPU is a 3500 series one. It has a power supply rated at 500 watts.

What brand and model of PSU do you have, and how long has it been running? Those specifics are important. Your description sounds like a typical case of a bad power supply, but I need more info from you to figure out what's wrong.
