Usually not at 4k or possibly not even 1440 on the highest settings, but definitely 1080p.

You might reach your limit with a 6gb 1060 and 16gb RAM setup. The processor shouldn't cause any issues. If it does, the performance will be around one frame compared to the top gaming CPUs available today. (Especially for AAA titles, CPU games will still run smoothly.) Graphical experiences are simpler in this setup. Still, there are impressive visuals and much of the processing involves complex models and high-res textures. CPU-based games usually demand huge calculations, featuring advanced AI, fast networking, online features, environmental destruction, and physics. Sometimes they struggle with weaker GPUs, but the CPU helps maintain smooth frame rates.
