I’ve attempted to improve performance by assigning high priority to Battlefield 1 in Task Manager and ensuring my drivers are current. I've also experimented with all graphical settings at their lowest levels, including disabling everything. Despite these efforts, I continue to experience stuttering and frame rate drops. Notably, I am limited to a 1366x768 resolution, which contributes to my confusion regarding the performance issues given my hardware specifications.

Could this be typical? I'm gaming at a resolution of 1366x768, and even with all graphics options set to minimum, I still can’t reliably achieve 60 frames per second.

Certainly, this occurs when your processor reaches its limit. You’ll then notice a decrease in frames per second. The same issue can arise if the memory becomes fully utilized.
