A similar issue occurred in another game. Press Alt+Enter, switch to a windowed view, then return to fullscreen using Alt+Enter.

I encountered problems while using TeamViewer. When you run the client, try terminating it and then restart JC2.

This didn't resolve the issue, appreciate the effort you put in. The problem was fixed by disabling the "Bokeh filer" setting, and the unwanted elements disappeared.
