I've been working through this for a while, but I'm still stuck. Used to run smoothly at about 70 frames per second on battery (refresh rate is 60), now it's only 30. It's not sudden drops like before; it's steady at 30, and it doesn't fall below 29.

Both AMD and Nvidia offer ways to limit frame rates when using battery power. Look into your GPU maker’s tools. For Nvidia, use "Battery Boost" under Geforce Experience; for AMD, try Radeon Chill or the frame rate target in their global graphics settings.

Sure, I understand. You're using a Ryzen 5 5600H with an NVIDIA GeForce 1650, and you're new to GeForce. Let me know if you need help getting started!
