The lead producer behind Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Watch Dogs is departing. This Toronto-based Ubisoft studio seems focused more on contract projects than developing its own titles. It’s intriguing how timing plays a role here. It makes me wonder if she was pushed out by higher-ups or simply wanted a change in pace. She’s been involved in one of Ubisoft’s most controversial games, possibly another in the future. The direction of the company might have influenced her decision. I’m not sure, but it’s hard to believe what happened.
