I've attempted all possible solutions to understand why my PC consistently shows such low 1% values, ranging from 20 to 50, despite the average being 150-170. I've tried disabling expo and other adjustments, but nothing resolves the issue. I'm open to any suggestions or tests, including the 3D benchmark link you provided.

There is nothing incorrect here. Remember these standards are meant for competition among many, and they push systems to their limits to dominate rankings (which affects scores). Just run things naturally and enjoy the process.

the benchmarks are acceptable, but the stutter remains present. the main issue seems to be the %1 lows dropping extremely low, around 90 frames below the average.
