I’m really struggling right now.
I just updated my whole computer.
Switched the PSU to Corsair RM1000e (2023) Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX power supply.
Updated the motherboard to MSI Meg X570 Unify.
Restarted Windows, but the stuttering keeps happening!
Sorry for the all caps, but it really shows how I feel.
My previous troubleshooting was about moving drives from an SSD to an M2 NVMe, but it seems the issue isn’t there.
Anyone have other ideas? Please? 😀
