It's a great discovery this kid has. Socket 7 is becoming increasingly hard to come by nowadays. I don't think you'll find a bulging cap any more!

Yeah - really good find there. Amazed it's in this good condition when much newer boards can be found with not a single capacitor in working order.

Sure, I understand. I'm working with a 939 board that needs a complete reset. At least four or five units show signs of swelling and leakage. These DFI boards have been quite damaged, so I tend to avoid the ones with bad reviews. Don't buy from eBay, please.

Great condition for a Socket 7 board. Verify the RTC hasn't begun leaking, and if you plan to use it, replace that part first because leaks are common.
