I've recently upgraded my entire PC. Everything but the gou and psu. I have a new asus prime b660m-a d4 and i5-12400f. I still use my working 1080 Ti and when I try to turn on my PC everything works and the fans spin. My keyboard shows light and everything.
The issue is that my monitor can't connect to my gpu because there's no signal. I also noticed one of the three fans don't spin. I tried my gtx 970 as well, but the fans spin to life but dies after about 3-5 seconds.
Do I need newer model gpus?

Did you accidentally connect your monitor to the motherboard by mistake? The 12400f lacks IGP, which might be the reason.

The display is certainly linked to the GPU.
