I overclocked my 2600x with RyzenMaster and now it won’t power on despite the motherboard showing power. The back panel is on, the RGB light is lit, I replaced and reinstalled the CMOS battery, and shorted the motherboard using the two pins—it still doesn’t turn on. Details: 2600x, 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200MHz, 1070Ti, CX450 PSU, 500GB Samsung SSD, 2TB HDD, ASUS B450-F motherboard. I ordered a bigger PSU, thinking that might have caused the issue, but any further advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is that the Windows application from AMD? Would you like to try launching it in safe mode?

It turned out the PSU failed and swapping in a more powerful one with better ratings has resolved the issue thus far.

I purchased the parts last week, and Amazon lets me return them within about a month. That's why I ordered a replacement and sent back the old one.
