I returned and turned it on; the RGB lights activated as expected. After shutting it down, I opened the case without power and connected all cables, including the HDD-style ones, but it still doesn’t function. The fans are spinning but not rotating properly. I couldn’t locate any fixes online and considered sharing this video VID_20240413_161453.mp4.

there is a chance that the power surged while you were away. Is this PC plugged into a surge protector?
