I've heard about those adapters, but I lost track of them. Still planning to consider them. I want a complete NVMe setup but could add a couple of SATA drives for extra storage. My NAS handles most of my older files that I don't use often. Unfortunately, my top pick for the motherboard was ASUS Impact—it might be tricky to fit an adapter in nicely, so I'll probably search for another board.

I believe I could end up with more power than expected with the new O11 Mini PC, though I may need to wait to confirm if a distribution platform is ready.
