Hey everyone, this has been happening for a while now. I've been playing CS:GO on this machine for about a year, consistently getting over 100 FPS. Recently though, the game has become extremely choppy—often around 15-25 FPS. Something strange happened when I reinstalled Windows 10 after a format; the issue persisted. In Task Manager, I keep seeing 100% CPU usage, no matter what other programs are running. It seems like even small tasks spike CPU usage by a lot. My hardware specs are: G3258 OC @4.2, 8GB DDR3 GTX 960. I've tried different NVIDIA drivers, but one of them crashed during testing. The current driver seems stable now, but CS:GO still struggles. Other games run smoothly, though—LOL, even AC:Synchronization works fine. Thanks for any advice!

Return to stock CPU clock speeds and voltage settings and retry.

Wow, the original character caused the issue. That’s surprising—everything else worked fine while CS:GO was the only one impacted. Thanks a lot!

It seems CSGO demands more from your CPU than GPU. Consider adjusting your overclock settings and testing the results.

It looks like you're sharing some feedback about your setup. You mentioned using version 4.1 and noticed stability improvements, especially with your CPU and CSGO performance. There were occasional issues with YouTube crashing when skipping videos, which you now understand was related to the version. Thanks for the update!
