I don't believe in ghosts, but I thought it was a humorous way to explain my problem. I use a laptop and I'm 100% sure I'm the only one who has access to it. Occasionally, someone connects a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, clicking buttons and moving the mouse while hitting random keys. A restart sometimes helps, but usually it doesn't. I just have to live with it—it goes away on its own. There are no unknown Bluetooth devices connecting to the computer. This occurs even when Bluetooth is off. It happens when my wireless mouse dongle isn't plugged in, during airplane mode, before signing in to Windows, and it doesn't appear on the EUFI screen. I feel like I'm losing my mind. As far as I know, my drivers are up to date and I don't have any malware installed. I ran Malwarebytes and Microsoft Defender scanned it—both came back clean.
