It's odd when the computer starts up unexpectedly.
An unusual situation is unfolding. The device in question is an Aorus z390, and the issue starts during startup. The splash screen displaying the Aorus logo remains visible for two minutes or longer before the system actually begins. My Razer Goliatus Chroma also behaves oddly—it stays on even when I power down the PC. To switch off the mouse pad, I have to disconnect it entirely. I attempted to remove all connected devices from the PC and checked, but nothing changed. Out of ten attempts, only three boots normally in about three minutes, which is still slower than the expected 15 seconds. The USB ports I connect don’t affect the boot speed, which remains sluggish. It appears the problem lies with the software, as it occurs outside Windows.
I don’t have access to the specific details about the board’s LEDs or its POST code display. It would help to clarify whether you’re referring to visible indicators on the hardware or a software-based status screen. Have you attempted a BIOS reset to resolve the problem?
